From a spreadsheet to everyone's calendar
On the CalendarPaste the rows. Get the events - checked, on a calendar, in a file.
Copy your schedule straight out of the spreadsheet. The page reads every row - dates in either order, times like 7pm or 6:30-7:30pm, all-day days - draws them on a month calendar and writes an .ics file any calendar app imports, free. The rows it cannot be sure of - next Saturday, after the run, a Wednesday that is really a Thursday - one run settles, or asks you about.

One run sees only the rows the page could not read for sure. It settles each from the row's own words, today's date and your sheet's habits - or asks the one question that would settle it.

Answer a question by fixing that row - press Fix in the box under Row by row, or fix it in your sheet and paste again. Nothing is sent to any calendar - you import the file yourself.

How it works
The page finds the header row by its names - title, event or what; date, day or when; time, start or from; end; duration; location or where; notes; guests or emails; all day - and reads each row. Dates like 03/04 are settled by the column itself when any of its dates can only be read one way; otherwise the order is guessed from the time zone and the row is flagged. A date with no year is the next one on or after 90 days ago.
Times are read as 7am, 7:30 pm, 19:00, 6-7:30pm (the pm carries back), noon or all day; an event with no end gets the length you choose. The .ics file writes every timed event in UTC, converted from your time zone by your browser, so it lands at the same moment in any calendar; all-day events are written as dates.
The run sees only the unclear rows. Its answers are checked: every row answered once, every date real and in agreement with any weekday the row names, "next Saturday" counted as the first Saturday after the day you count from, and every title word taken from its row.
